All the apartments have a double bedroom, a living/dining room with a sofa bed, a kitchenette, a full bathroom and terrace.

Twin beds, fitted wardrobe, 2 bedside tables, a chair, mirror and ceiling fan.

Living/dining room

There is a double sofa bed, a table and 4 chairs, shelves, a cabinet and a satellite TV.

Kitchenette

Fully equipped, with an electric hob/oven, fridge, sink, microwave, toaster, complete set of crockery.... and more!!

Bathroom

Bathrooms are made up ofa bathtub, a bidet, a basin with a large mirror and a WC.

Terrace

Terraces have a table and chairs and some have splendid views.

Duplex
The duplex is the only apartment on 2 floors. The ground floor is made up of: a kitchen (fully equipped with a fridge, electric hob and oven, sink, microwave...), a living/dining room (with a sofa bed, tables, chair, shelves, a cabinet and satellite TV) and a terrace with sea views.

The upper floor is made up of: a full bathroom, a double bedroom (with twin beds, 2 bedside tables, a chair and a large fitted wardrobe) and a terrace with seas views.

Swimming-pool

SOL PONENT has two pools (one for children) and free sun loungers. The pool area has magnificent sea views to the bay of Ciutadella de Menorca
